CRGO laminations processed on step-lap core cutting lines; windings produced on automated foil/strip machines in climate-controlled bays.
Assembly, Tanking & Vacuum Treatment:
Assemblies undergo vapor phase drying (VPD) and vacuum impregnation for complete dielectric integrity.
Testing & Quality Certification
Comprehensive routine tests performed in a fully equipped laboratory; test certificates accompany every unit.
