Power Transformer

Power Transformers Up to 100 MVA. Engineered for the Grid.

Custom-engineered power transformers up to 100 MVA, 132 kV class — designed in-house, tested in our own laboratory, and commissioned with full documentation for state utilities, IPPs, and large industrial consumers.

Product Overview

Bulk Power. Engineered to Specification.

KLR Power Transformers are designed and manufactured for the most demanding segment of the transformer market — bulk power transmission and step-up/step-down applications at grid scale. Every unit begins as a custom engineering project: our design team models each transformer in 3D SolidWorks, optimises the core and winding geometry for the specific load profile, and validates thermal performance before a single component is ordered.

The result is a power transformer with documented type-test credentials, low-loss core design, and full technical traceability — manufactured at our IDA Pashamylaram facility to both IS and IEC standards as applicable.
